Melissa Suzanne George is an actress businesswoman inventor and model who hails from Australia. When she began her career in her country of birth, she then moved to Hollywood and has found significant successes there. George is an Perth native who was interested at first in artistic roller skating and dancing. George started her modeling career at the age of an teen and was awarded Western Australia's Teenage Model in 1992. Her first screen appearance was an episode of the Seven Networks' soap series Home and Away the following year. Dark City was her debut on the large screen. In the following years she appeared in supporting roles in Alias The Limey, Down with Love and other projects.
