Ashley Argota is an American actress and singer popular for her performance as Lulu or Kelly Peckinpaugh on the Nickelodeon sitcoms True Jackson VP and Bucket and Skinner's Epic Adventures respectively. She was a regular character in the role of Taylor in Disney's XD's Lab Rats between 2014 and 2015 and Lou Chan in the television show The Fosters in 2014 through the year 2016.
